•產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：S: 390mm×320mm M: 450mm×320mm  L: 500mm×330mm  XL: 525mm×330mm

•產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：棉芯SAP混合或吸水芯體，上下衛(wèi)生紙，導(dǎo)流層，底膜，立體橡筋，腿部橡筋，前腰貼，表層無(wú)紡布，S切，據(jù)水無(wú)紡布（立體護(hù)圍），在線(xiàn)成型彈性腰圍。

•控制系統(tǒng)：PLC控制，采用觸摸屏操作人機(jī)界面，配置高清電視顯示器

•傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)：整機(jī)傳動(dòng)采用伺服傳動(dòng)，保證線(xiàn)速度準(zhǔn)確性，數(shù)字化換號(hào)；前腰貼、底膜采用伺服定位切，保證圖案與相位一致。

•張力系統(tǒng)：配置張力開(kāi)卷系統(tǒng)，恒張力控制及儲(chǔ)料機(jī)構(gòu)，材料糾偏系統(tǒng)。這套恒張力系統(tǒng)確保了全速狀態(tài)下接料穩(wěn)定，最大限度減小了對(duì)材料拉力的沖擊，減少停機(jī)次數(shù)。

•安全系統(tǒng)：操作面裝有安全防護(hù)裝置并配有急停開(kāi)關(guān)、安全標(biāo)識(shí)，后傳動(dòng)裝有安全拉線(xiàn)，高音頻風(fēng)機(jī)采用隔音或消聲裝置。

•糾偏系統(tǒng)：BST糾偏器《可選配》

•Control System：PLC control system,Operating on the touch screen,Configure HDTV monitor.

•Drive System：Full servo drive, imported timing belt, key position adpot with the imported bearing.

•Tension System：Equipped with tension unwinding system,constant tension control with buffer system,automatic web guide system.The unwinding system ensure materials stable working at full speed splice, Minimize the effects of tension,to reduce the time of stop machine.

•Safety System：It has safety device on the operating side,matched with urgent stop switch,high audio fan uses sound insulation or silencer.

•Materialas Corrective System：Germany BST automatic web guide system(optional).
